For me, the great thing about working at BMW Group Netherlands is that the organisation is constantly changing. I find it challenging to move with it and continuously have the opportunity to contribute to, for example, the development of employees, improvement of a process or shaping the organisational culture. If you are proactive and driven, you get plenty of opportunity to use your qualities and make a positive impact. And all in collaboration with very nice colleagues. I have experienced this in the various managerial and project roles I have held over the past 12 years. This is also reflected in my current role as HR Business Partner.
