There's much more to our application process than uploading your CV or cover letter or sending us an email. You are facing a crucial decision and not one to be taken lightly: this could be the job of a lifetime! We want to find out if you're a good fit for us and vice versa. We make our application procedure as simple and clear as we can so that we can properly get to know each other. 

After that, one of our Talent Acquisition Officers will contact you by phone to talk things over and then we'll invite you to an interview - either in person or online. A second interview may follow. During these two interviews, you'll meet the head of department, the people who could turn out to be your colleagues and an HR Manager. Are we all on the same page? If so, we'll make a suitable offer and look forward to welcoming you to the BMW Group!
