For me, working at BMW Group means a focus on personal development. I've had various roles within our Operations division and then progressed into HR, where I'm responsible for Learning & Development, Vitality and Social Sustainability. All subjects to which I put a lot of passion and pleasure. An open, transparent, and safe working environment is very important to me. There is room for new ideas and creativity. I can also participate and contribute to various social initiatives alongside my work.
