DRIVER TRAINEESHIP.

In 35 months you will get to discover all our entities. We'll ask you to run five projects, each lasting seven months. We choose the first project for you based on the wishes and requirements we identified in the selection process. After that, you take your place in the driver's seat. Enthusiastic fellow trainees, colleagues, mentors and coaches will join you in the passenger seats to make sure you get the most out of yourself and each other. The projects under the traineeship take you through various business domains and job categories to help you find out what you like and where your strengths lie. In your final project, we'll work together to find the BMW Group job that suits you best. Possible positions include Market Intelligence Specialist, Product Manager, Sales Partner Expert and Business Development Specialist. There are plenty of alternatives for specialist roles and project or managerial positions.

• Self-reliance, a sense of ownership, assertiveness, flexibility and entrepreneurship.
• The ability to connect with people and grow your network. You are comfortable working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and at all organisational levels.
• A Higher Professional Education or university degree.
• A demonstrable affinity with the mobility and/or finance sector and the passion to help us make a difference.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• You have less than two years of work experience.
• Ultimately, we are especially interested in you as a person, as an individual.

Once you have applied, the first step is a phone call with our Talent Acquisition Officer. This is followed by two more physical interviews, the first with an HR Business Partner and then one with two board members. The process may include an assessment and pre-employment screening.
