1.) The BMW Group Companies in Poland providing the use of the Recruitment Platform are:

Alphabet Polska Fleet Management Sp. z o. o.

BMW Financial Services Polska Sp. z o. o.

BMW Vertriebs GmbH Sp. z o.o. Branch in Poland

hereinafter: BMW Group Companies in Poland.

2.) These Rules define the manner of use of the Recruitment Platform provided by the BMW Group Companies in Poland (hereinafter referred to as the "Recruitment Platform") and the relationship between the User and the supplier of the BMW AG Recruitment Platform based in Germany at Petuelring 130, 80809 Munich.

3.) The BMW Group Companies in Poland make these Rules available before concluding a contract for the provision of electronic services.

4.) The BMW Group Companies in Poland provide services in accordance with these Rules.

5.) Users must comply with the provisions of these Rules.

1.) The Recruitment Platform allows Users to:

a) Participate in recruitment processes initiated and planned by BMW Group Companies in Poland;

b) Add CVs, cover letters and other application documents in electronic form;

c) Receive information on the recruitment processes conducted by the BMW Group Companies in Poland to the e-mail address provided by the User.

2.) Technical requirements for the use of the Recruitment Platform are as follows: a computer or a mobile device that can connect to the Internet using a web browser allowing viewing HTML documents.

3.) The web browser should accept cookies.

4.) The BMW Group Companies in Poland indicate that the use of the Recruitment Platform may be associated with the standard risk related to the use of the Internet.

1.) The User hereby declares that:

a) S/he is of age and authorised to accept these Rules;

b) Has provided complete data and information that are not misleading and do not violate the law or the rights of third parties;

c) The data and information provided by the User are not stored only on the Recruitment Platform, and their possible loss or deletion by the Recruitment Platform provider will not lead to the User's damage;

d) S/he will not disclose the password to access the account on the Recruitment Platform to third parties.

2.) The Recruitment Platform Provider may refuse to create a User account or delete such account if, for legitimate reasons, it considers that the data or information provided by the User are illegal, unethical, violate the rights of third parties or legal interest of BMW Group Companies in Poland or the Recruitment Platform Provider.

3.)The Rules herein have no expiration date.

4.) The Platform is used free of charge.

5.) The Platform Provider reserves the right to:

a) Temporarily interrupt services provided via the Recruitment Platform, especially due to the maintenance or changes of the Recruitment Platform or for other objective reasons;

b) Delete the User's account, especially if it is found that the User does not comply with the provisions of these Rules;

c) Change the functionality of the Recruitment Platform, in particular, to cease to provide services available through the Recruitment Platform in whole or in part, without giving a reason.

6.) Neither the Provider of the Recruitment Platform nor the BMW Group shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of services provided via the Recruitment Platform in connection with the violation of these Rules by the User.

7.) The Provider of the Recruitment Platform will not be liable especially for the following:

a) User’s posting on the Recruitment Platform content that violates the law or the rights of third parties;

b) Loss of User's data resulting from objective factors (e.g. device failures) or factors independent of the Recruitment Platform Provider, especially in terms of other users;

c) Damages resulting from the interruption of the provision of services via the Recruitment Platform;

d) Damages resulting from false, incorrect or incomplete data or information provided by the User;

e) Damages resulting from violation of the provisions of these Rules by the User.

8.) Users may withdraw acceptance of the Rules at any time and without giving a reason by removing the account from the Recruitment Platform.

1.) Each User has the right to the protection of their privacy by the BMW Group Companies in Poland and the provider of the Recruitment Platform.

2.) The rules regarding the processing of the User's personal data by the BMW Group Companies in Poland and the provider of the Recruitment Platform are set out in the Privacy Policy.

3.) The Privacy Policies of each company of the BMW Group in Poland are available on the companies' websites:

1.) Users may submit complaints regarding incorrect operation of the Recruitment Platform by sending an e-mail to rekrutacja@bmw.pl.

2.) Complaints should include the name and surname of the User, a description of the case of improper operation of the Recruitment Platform to which the complaint relates and a description of the circumstances justifying the complaint.

3.) The Provider of the Recruitment Platform reserves the right not to examine complaints that do not contain the elements indicated in point 2 above.

4.) The Provider of the Recruitment Platform will make every effort to resolve complaints within 14 days of receipt to the indicated e-mail address and send a reply to the User's e-mail address.

1.) The Provider of the Recruitment Platform reserves the right to change these Rules.

2.) The User will be informed of any changes to these Rules by an e-mail sent to the address indicated during registration, 14 days in advance.

3.) If the User does not accept changes to these Rules, s/he may withdraw the acceptance of the Rules by deleting the account from the Recruitment Platform.

The Rules shall enter into force on 07/06/2018
