BMW FS opened its doors in Columbus, Ohio as a Customer Services Center in 1993 to support the sales and marketing of BMW products. Since then, BMW FS has expanded beyond the leasing, retail, and commercial financing to offer a broad variety of products tailored for BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. These products range from unique mobile apps to insurance and warranty products, enhancing the ownership experience. BMW FS also provides financing to BMW Group dealers, expanding dealership capabilities and enhancing overall operations. BMW FS operates out of three locations across the United States: Columbus, Ohio; Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey; and our subsidiary, BMW Bank of North America (NA), in Salt Lake City, Utah.
