Rolls-Royce Motor Cars – Middle East & Africa Regional Office is seeking a Bespoke Design Intern for the Private Office in Dubai. The duration of the internship will be eight months with an expected start date of July/August 2023. 

What will the Internship Position offer? 

Experience of working together with the Regional Bespoke Lead Designer on client commissions and pro-active design projects, within the Private Office Dubai. The role consists of modifications to existing Rolls-Royce features, or those offered as individual features as part of an exclusive limited Collection. 

Who are we looking for? 

Students pursuing B.A. or M.A. in Industrial Design or Automotive Design or equivalent. Relevant design experience within the automotive industry or related field and preferably the super luxury market will be an advantage. 

What you need to bring along?

• Excellent interpersonal skills and bi-lingual proficiency in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
• Proficiency in both 2D graphical and 3D product design skills along with appreciation of colour and material. Experience of 3D modelling and visualisation tools would be an advantage (VRED). 
• Outstanding creativity and presentation skills using traditional skills as well as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge and familiarity of luxury trends (both current and emerging innovations). 
• Familiarity with different methods of manufacturing, technical and packaging aspects.
