Main duties.
- Define and implement bonus and incentive schemes for importers (qualitative and quantitative).
- KPI controlling and reporting, including Aftersales business analyses and potential calculation.
- Steering of overall Aftersales budgeting and forecasts incl. escalation in case of deviation from budget in cooperation with Area Managers and in coordination with central controlling.
- Monitor and recommend market and brand adequate price positioning while ensuring an agreed average GP level.
- Observe activities of other premium manufacturers as well as the activities of relevant OEM and OES.
- Ensure a vehicle age segment adequate retention rate.
- Implement / deploy existing and develop new tools and concepts generating a sustainable growth in retention.
- Accessories / lifestyle.
- 4th Level / Business with Independent Repairers.
- Body & Paint: Ensure the serviceability of accident cars within the BMW Group network or with BMW Group approved workshops.
Qualifications and attributes.
- University degree, preferable in Economy, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management or similar education.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the automotive Aftersales industry
- Experience in the automotive Aftersales industry with a premium would be added advantage.
- Well-developed analytical, presentation, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, proactive, and self-motivation required.
