What have you enjoyed most working at BMW Group Financial Services Canada? What gets you most excited about coming to work?

It is without a doubt what I enjoy most about working at BMW Group Financial Services Canada are the people and the culture. It excites me everyday to be apart of an organization that is passionate about creating innovative ideas through cross collaboration and a supportive environment.

How did you get to work today?

I drive to work in a BMW 330i xDrive. It feels amazing to 1. be able to represent the luxury brand that I work for and, also more importantly, 2. drive at the speed limit.

I would characterize the company culture of BMW FS Canada in three words: tight-knit, emphatic, and electric. Those who work here enjoy a dynamic and inclusive environment that promotes growth and development while delivering exceptional results.

Please describe your career path within BMW Group Financial Services Canada! What has your career journey been like? How has the organization helped with your professional development? 

I began my career as an intern on the Aftersales Business Development team, where I focused on data analysis and supported projects such as the Cold Winter Wheels Program. After gaining some experience, I advanced into the Analyst role on the Credit Risk department in BMW FS Canada, where I assess the creditworthiness, monitor the active portfolio, and develop strategies to minimize potential losses. I currently serve as the Senior Credit Risk Analyst. I owe my professional development to those that helped me along the way.
