If you meet the eligibility requirements, our Recruitment team will invite you through to the next stage of the process.
Please note, you may be prompted to upload a CV/Resume, if so, please disregard this step. This is not required for Apprentice recruitment in the UK.
Step 2: Video Interview.
The next stage of the process is a Video Interview, where you will be recorded answering a set of questions, you can complete this at any time during your invitation window.
Step 3: Assessment Centre.
Successful applicants will be shortlisted and invited to attend a face-to-face Assessment Centre at one of our UK locations. We recommend you research the company and the location you are applying to before attending.
Recruiter Top Tips.
Wayne is a Recruiter and processes the applications for our apprenticeship programmes. Find out about his valuable tips to make your application a success:
- When you start your online application, remember, you can save and return to it – don’t feel you need to complete it all in one go.
- Read the instructions for your application carefully and ensure that you submit all the information requested.
- Please note, we do not require a CV/Resume as part of your application. If prompted to upload a CV/Resume when completing your online application, please upload a single Word document detailing your name, address, and current/most recent school. You may only apply for one apprenticeship position, but you may also express your interest to be considered for another position.
- Be sure to tailor your application to the role you’re applying for.
- Familiarise yourself with the company and also the location you are applying to. Research will help better prepare you for questions during the selection process.
- For Technical Apprenticeships, be ready to showcase your practical skills.
