On the graduate programme, you work a real role with real responsibility. I focus on innovation topics and emerging technology, so topics like artificial intelligence, data science and also building full stack applications. It’s really exciting.

I’ve been lucky enough to spend three months out in South Carolina in America where the BMW Group IT Research Centre is based. That was really impressive because where I work in Birmingham, it is a relatively small team. To go out to the IT Research Centre which is effectively the same size as the plant but filled with IT people, was an amazing experience.

I really enjoy the culture at BMW Group because there's so many passionate and supportive people here. I’ve made a lot of friends. The team I work with now are all really great characters. I've been able to implement cutting edge IoT applications into the company with plenty of opportunity and support.
