Our central and regional Sales teams provide personal operational support to our retailer network, managing all aspects of the ordering and production of our super-luxury Rolls-Royce motor cars.
In Sales, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales and profit results. You’ll be involved in every single element, from strategic volume planning and management of tactical sales budgets to big data analytics and reporting. You’ll develop and strengthen your skillset and receive all the training you need to succeed in a long and satisfying career at BMW Group. If you join us in Sales as part of the 2023 Graduate Programme, you’ll be based at the Home of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood, near Chichester.
