“My internship was a fantastic experience where I was given real working responsibilities. Everyone shares a commitment to doing their best, and you are supported in doing the same. After I completed my placement in HR, I returned to university to finish my degree, and was subsequently successful in securing a place on the Graduate Programme. I’m now loving the experience of being back in the Rolls-Royce family, with support from both my managers and mentors. The Graduate Scheme also includes opportunities to work abroad, for which I’m very fortunate to be spending three months in Singapore.”
