Future Talent Opportunities at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

We recruit graduates, interns, and apprentices from all levels of education and parts of the UK. What unites us all is a love of learning and a desire to enact positive change. A love of cars is a great asset but not required to succeed here.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is situated in Goodwood, in the heart of the West Sussex countryside. We are committed to continuous development and attract and recruit candidates from diverse disciplines and backgrounds. Each year, we welcome a new cohort of apprentices, students, and graduates into our Future Talent programmes. These exciting opportunities are designed for school, college, and university leavers, allowing you to earn while you learn. You will gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience in your chosen area of the business, setting you on a path to a successful career with us.

The application window for our apprenticeships, internships and graduate programme has now closed. But don’t worry, we offer new positions across all our programmes each year. The application windows are as follows:

  • Graduate programmes – October to November 2025
  • Internships – opens in October 2025 and stays open until all our positions are filled.
  • Apprenticeships – opens in January 2026

International placements – as well as the opportunity to apply for roles overseas, apprentices can apply for the MOVE programme which also offers the possibility of a 6-week placement in a location abroad. Our graduates also can complete an international placement as part of their 2-year programme.

The Graduate Scheme also includes opportunities to work abroad, for which I’m very fortunate to be spending three months in Singapore.”

Sarah

Sarah moved from Leeds to start her apprenticeship in Launch and Change Control at the home of Rolls-Royce at Goodwood. Since then, Sarah’s been getting involved in many important and technically challenging projects.
