Our apprenticeships start at level 2 (aged 16 years and over). These programmes are available in all areas of the business including IT, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Assembly (Manufacturing), Sewing and Textiles, Exterior finish, polish and more. Sarah moved from Leeds to start her apprenticeship in Launch and Change Control at the home of Rolls-Royce at Goodwood. Since then, Sarah’s been getting involved in many important and technically challenging projects.
For George, the big attraction of joining Rolls-Royce Motor Cars was the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the world’s top automotive engineers.
Since joining the Apprenticeship Programme, Louisa has made lifelong friends. She loves being surrounded by supportive colleagues, who have given her constant encouragement and helped her progress in her career.
