What awaits you?
- Leading, coaching and developing team leaders within the production area of your responsibility. Driving the overall performance, you will put your solving problem skills into practice and push for continuous improvement to ensure your team meets targets.
- Ensuring operations are compliant with legal and internal requirements of safety, environmental protection, cleanliness, and ergonomics.
- Acting as a key interface with other internal stakeholders to ensure production quality, volume in time.
- Steering Production within your area of responsibility, coordination of special activities and implementing preventive and corrective measures.
- Participating in planning processes for technical modification and optimization of new production facilities.
What should you bring along?
- High-school degree and minimum 3 years of leadership experience in industrial production or highly automated production (quality or warehouse operations) areas, or Bachelor's degree in the field of Engineering.
- Good communication, teamwork, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Hungarian working proficiency and a basic level of English/German language knowledge is required.
- Willingness to travel and perform some of the qualification program abroad.
- Openness to work in shifts.
