Skill-up electrician programme.
ELECTRIC TECHNICIAN TRAINING.
Do you have manufacturing experience and have worked as a maintenance technician, but don’t have an electrical qualification? Then our electronics technician training is perfect for you!
- Obtain your electrical qualification through an intensive course. During the four-month training, you can broaden your knowledge, and after passing a successful exam, you will receive an electrical qualification. Following this, your targeted training continues to prepare you for the challenges that arise in your daily work.
- After completing the training, you will be employed with us as an electrical maintenance technician. Your primary tasks will include the preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of our high-tech production system. Using our advanced maintenance control system, you will monitor the optimal operation of machines, robots, and conveyors, and perform the necessary maintenance processes. You will play a key role in any potential shutdowns to ensure our production equipment restarts as quickly as possible. We are open to your ideas, so you will also play a significant role in optimization processes.
- During the training, you are already part of the BMW team, so our benefits package applies during this period as well.

Skill-up industrial programme.
INDUSTRIAL BASICS TRAINING.
Do you have an electrical qualification but haven't worked in manufacturing technology yet? Join us and gain your manufacturing technology experience in our intensive training program. Whether you are a newly graduated electro-technician or an experienced professional who hasn't worked in manufacturing, our program awaits you. Learn about manufacturing technologies and processes in our four-month intensive training program and become part of our team.
- After completing the training, you will be employed as a process technician. Your primary tasks will include the continuous operation of our high-tech production system.
- You will monitor the optimal functioning of machines, robots, and conveyors, and address any minor issues that arise.
- You will oversee PLC programs and perform preventative maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production on our assembly line. We are open to your ideas, so you will also play a significant role in optimization processes.
