Our Dingolfing plant is one of the largest and most complex of our plants in the world. Around 18 500 employees, including around 800 apprentices, handle the end-to-end production of flagship BMW models like the 7 Series, 8 Series and M5 sports sedan.
The plant offers an attractive working environment with challenging tasks in a variety of fields. The new apprenticeship in electronics for automation technology stays abreast of the trend for digital innovation and continuing automation. Logistics, supply planning or communication are also among the many fields of work available here.
Dingolfing is characterised by its rural landscape with a wide range of cultural and leisure opportunities, both traditional and contemporary. Its location right on the flood plains of the river Isar provides countless possibilities for cycling or hiking trips.
