BMW Group Plant Landshut.

The BMW Group plant in Landshut is our center for lightweight construction and electromobility, where innovative vehicle components for our BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce models are produced. Together with around 120 apprentices and dual students, the plant offers a wide range of apprenticeship opportunities in the areas of technology, production and logistics. Our apprentices are comprehensively supported to optimally promote their professional and personal skills. And the best part? Employment after the apprenticeship is even guaranteed! Sounds good? TAKEOVER GUARANTEE.

After you have completed your apprenticeship in one of our plants, we guarantee that you will be offered a permanent contract.

ATTRACTIVE REMUNERATION.

1st year: 1.315,13 €
2nd year: 1.375,13 €
3rd year: 1.452,13 €
4th year: 1.503,13 €

You will also receive a holiday and Christmas bonus and, from the second year onwards, even a profit share.

APPRENTICE VEHICLE RENTAL.

With us, you have the opportunity to rent or buy your dream car on particularly favourable apprentice conditions.

TRAVEL ALLOWANCE.

As an apprentice, you travel a lot. With us, your trips to vocational school are subsidised. Thus, you don't have to worry about high expenses and can enjoy your apprenticeship to the fullest!

COMPANY RESTAURANTS.

As an apprentice, you can look forward to a daily changing menu in our company restaurants. Further, various snacks and hot drinks are offered in the company's cafés. This is a particularly good way to spend the breaks together!

Application start.

The application start for an apprenticeship or a dual curriculum in 2026 is:

  • Apprenticeship: 31 July 2025 
  • Dual curriculum: 01 May 2025

Being fast pays off. The earlier you apply, the higher the chances to follow your dream apprenticeship. Applying is only possible until all apprenticeship places are filled.
