Around 280 colleagues work here and produce large press tools and parts for BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce and BMW Motorrad worldwide. TAKEOVER GUARANTEE.
After you have completed your apprenticeship in one of our plants, we guarantee that you will be offered a permanent contract.
ATTRACTIVE REMUNERATION.
1st year: 1.234 €
2nd year: 1.297 €
3rd year: 1.359 €
4th year: 1.422 €
You will also receive a holiday and Christmas bonus and, from the second year onwards, even a profit share.
APPRENTICE VEHICLE RENTAL.
With us, you have the opportunity to rent or buy your dream car on particularly favourable apprentice conditions.
HOUSING AND TRAVEL EXPENSES.
So that you do not have to worry about looking for an apartment, we offer you the option of renting apartments through our cooperation partners. We also support you financially by subsidising your trips school.

At the BMW Group plant Eisenach, we work closely with the occupational training centre and can therefore offer apprenticeships specifically for people with hearing impairments. The application takes place via the regular job advertisements for our apprenticeships.

Application start.
The application start for an apprenticeship or a dual curriculum starting in 2026 is 27 June 2025.
Being fast pays off. The earlier you apply, the higher the chances to follow your dream apprenticeship. Applying is only possible until all apprenticeship places are filled (no set time limit, except dual curriculum).
In order to make things easier for you and us, you can only apply online via our Job Assistant. In the “Application Tips” section, you may find all information about the application procedure and a step-by-step guidance.
