Electric drives are an important prerequisite for the climate-neutral mobility of the future, and with our fully electric vehicles, we are making a decisive contribution to achieving the ambitious goals for CO2 reduction. High-voltage batteries that power the electric drive of our vehicles play an important role in this. To be even better positioned in this area in the future, our new plant for the production of these high-voltage batteries is being built in Irlbach-Straßkirchen. Our new plant thus also offers excellent prospects for apprentices in exciting future fields.
APPRENTICESHIP IN DINGOLFING OR REGENSBURG. EMPLOYMENT IN IRLBACH-STRASSKIRCHEN.
Even though our new plant in Irlbach-Straßkirchen is not yet fully built, we are already starting training for this site. From September 2025, you can start as an apprentice in our plants in Dingolfing and Regensburg, and you will then later work in our new plant in Irlbach-Straßkirchen. And the best part? Your permament employment is guaranteed upon successful completion of the apprenticeship!

After you have completed your apprenticeship in one of our plants, we guarantee that you will be offered a permanent contract.
ATTRACTIVE REMUNERATION.
1st year: 1.315,13 €
2nd year: 1.375,13 €
3rd year: 1.452,13 €
4th year: 1.503,13 €
You will also receive a holiday and Christmas bonus and, from the second year onwards, even a profit share.

With us, you have the opportunity to rent or buy your dream car on particularly favourable apprentice conditions.
TRAVEL ALLOWANCE.
As an apprentice, you travel a lot. With us, your trips to vocational school are subsidised. Thus, you don't have to worry about high expenses and can enjoy your apprenticeship to the fullest!

Start of application.
The application period for an apprenticeship in 2026 starts on 31 July 2025.
Being fast pays off. The earlier you apply, the higher the chances to follow your dream apprenticeship. Applying is only possible until all apprenticeship places are filled (no set time limit, except dual curriculum).
