As the Apprenticeship Manager at the Eisenach plan, it has always been clear to me that I enjoy working with people and take great pleasure in supporting young people in their development. Furthermore, it gives me joy to impart values to them and thus provide a helpful frame of reference. I also dedicate myself wholeheartedly to challenges in the context of inclusion, integration of refugees or socially disadvantaged individuals, in order to give a voice to all problems and find the best possible solution for everyone.

For me, vocational training at the BMW Group is appreciative, innovative and tailored to the individual. We cater to individual needs in order to ensure sustainable training success. The Eisenach site is characterised by a close-knit community and a great sense of cohesion. We keep our promises and therefore also offer our trainees appropriate transfer positions with very good prospects for further development.
