As a trainer at the Eisenach plant, I have the privilege of accompanying young people on their journey into the professional world on a daily basis, imparting knowledge and passion for our apprenticeship occupations. Working with young people is a great joy for me, which is why I was determined to become a trainer. Our apprentices not only bring fresh air and new ideas to the company, but also secure our future.

I can proudly state that a vocational training programme at the BMW Group is the best start to a career that one can have. After completing an apprenticeship, many doors are open, as the BMW Group offers numerous further training and development opportunities.

At our Eisenach location, we operate in a tight-knit, family-like environment. Here, everyone knows one another, and we work in close collaboration, allowing for a deep understanding of our colleagues' work. This unique aspect of our site is particularly special to me, and I am truly grateful to be part of this team.
