Your apprenticeship with us will be over sooner than expected. But don't worry: There is also a place for you in our team after it! As an apprentice, you benefit from a guarantee of employment at BMW. What does that mean? After you have successfully completed your vocational training in one of our BMW Group plants, you will receive a permanent employment contract with us and can get started right away. Come to stay!

In return for your performance and commitment with us, we want to give you something back. That's why we offer you not only a high basic salary, but also holiday and christmas bonuses as well as an additional pension. But that's not all! From the second year of your apprenticeship, you will participate in the company's profits – if the corporate goals have been met. You are a dual student and your university is in a different city than your place of work? Then you will also receive a housing allowance.

Trainee abroad – with us you have the chance to! Our MOVE exchange programme offers you the opportunity to work at national or international locations within our global production network. In the process, you'll gain experience beyond your apprenticeship location that will prepare you for an international environment.
