Our flexible working time models range from mobile working, flexitime, sabbaticals and part-time models to job sharing and "full-time select". Under certain conditions, the latter gives employees up to 20 additional days off per year with a corresponding reduction in pay.
In this way, we can also take into account the special needs of colleagues who want to temporarily devote more time to their family – whether it's childcare or caring for relatives in need of care.
With a variable combination of on-site and mobile working, we also enable more flexible working in terms of time and location. Work from abroad*, attend a doctor's appointment in the morning and then go to the office. Or do sport in the afternoon, be there for your family and hold a conference call at home in the evening with colleagues from another time zone: If the job allows it – we make it all possible!
*Under certain conditions, up to 20 working days of mobile working from abroad (e.g. Iceland, Liechtenstein, EU member states with the exception of Belgium and the Czech Republic) are possible.
