WELCOME TO THE BMW GROUP!
The programme is aimed at all of our new colleagues who’ve made it through the recruiting process and now belong to our BMW Group team. All newcomers will automatically participate in the programme in their first 12 months, in consultation with their respective department. The modules can be chosen freely – so each newcomer can get the individual introduction that best fits his or her needs!
Programme contents.
Various events for networking.
As part of the programme, various onboarding events take place with high-ranking company representatives, who provide insights into our organisation and our corporate philosophy. We also offer numerous other Drive events that allow you to think outside the box and, above all, network with other colleagues.
Short assignment in production.
An optional production assignment enables our new colleagues to be closely involved in vehicle production in one of our state-of-the-art factories.
Trainings and qualification modules.
The Drive Programme includes trainings such as personality development trainings for young professionals and professionals as well as brand ambassador trainings at the BMW Group Brand and Customer Institute. Depending on the job field, there are also various specific trainings that might be required for the respective department.
