I am currently responsible for technical apprenticeships and dual study programmes as an training manager. Before that, I worked in HR Management, amongst other departments. It is important to me to accompany young people on their way to working life and to support their development steps from day one.

I am particularly proud of the fact that our apprenticeships are always state-of-the-art – every day, we work on innovative and future-oriented topics and projects. I also enjoy working here in Munich, as all different central departments and the plant work closely together here.

My application tip to you? Just go for it! Convince us with your personality – because that is much more important to us than just good grades, for example. I am looking forward to your application!
