In 2012, I started an apprenticeship as Mechatronics Engineer at the BMW Group. Afterwards, I first worked in Body Construction, until I became a trainer for Electronics for Automation Technology and Mechatronics. In my spare time, I already noticed that I enjoy working with young people because I volunteered to coach youth football teams. This insight encouraged me to become a trainer and to closely work with young people in the corporate context.
Apprenticeships at the BMW Group offer a wide range of job opportunities, where everyone can learn their dream job with pleasure and fun, taking into account their interests and abilities. Furthermore, I like the numerous career and further development opportunities after the apprenticeship. I enjoy working in Munich as our plant is located right next to the Olympic Park and therefore very close to the company's headquarters (our famous four-cylinder building).
As a tip for your application, I would like to recommend: Be brave and show yourself confident during the job interview! But do not forget to be yourself and do not pretend.
