At the Berlin site, I am responsible for recruiting, with a focus on pupils, and I enjoy convincing young people every day that they should do an apprenticeship at the BMW Group plant in Berlin. I am fascinated by motivating people and accompanying them on the important path of shaping their professional lives. That is why I really wanted to work in recruitment and experience the opportunity to help shape the future every day at the BMW Group.

At the Berlin location, we not only produce fascinating and emotional products, such as the best motorbikes in the world, but also stand out for our unique and diverse colleagues. As the saying goes: "Berliner Schnauze mit Herz" – that describes us pretty well.
