As Head of Apprenticeships at the Berlin site, I would like to pass on my knowledge and experience to young people and support them in the best possible way. 

I like to refer to apprenticeship at the BMW Group as an "innovative knowledge forge", because a focus on the future plays a key role in our high-quality recruitment of young people. Our work is characterised not only by innovation but also by a family-like cohesion between all colleagues. I am proud to work together with highly motivated teams on innovative products and future-oriented projects.

My tip for you? It is often difficult to decide on a particular profession. But you do not have to, because many professions differ only slightly in terms of content and requirements. Therefore, when you apply, feel free to mention alternative professions that you can imagine, and do not get stuck on one particular apprenticeship.
