My field of activity includes apprenticeship marketing and recruiting as well as everything to do with student internships. I always find the selection of new colleagues exciting, which is why I really wanted to become a recruiter. I want to help young people make the right career choice, because I know how difficult it is to make a decision within the wide range of apprenticeship opportunities.

Working at the Leipzig site is so special for me because I have been able to witness the enormous growth and rapid development of the still quite young plant. The challenges associated with this have also allowed us all to grow with it, for which I am very grateful.
