As a trainer for production mechanics and participants in the introductory qualification (EQ), I want to set an example for all young people who may have had a difficult start to their working lives, as is usually the case with the EQ programme. I am always happy to pass on my knowledge and at the same time to see how the apprentices develop during the apprenticeship.

I also think it is great that apprenticeships at the BMW Group are so diverse and colourful – be it various exciting assignments or our individual talents. I already got to know the BMW Group plant in Leipzig during my own school years and am proud to now be a part of the BMW family and the plant in Leipzig myself.
