Working as a trainer in the field of mechatronics, living up to the responsibility of imparting knowledge and values to young people – that is what I do out of conviction. For me, it is clear that commitment and fun paired with knowledge lead to performance and I try to convey that to my apprentices as well. That is why we do not miss out on the fun!
