Note: This dual study programme is offered as a combined degree programme with the apprenticeship Digitalisation Management Assistant.

Independent implementation and planning of agile projects
Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements from a commercial and IT perspective
Further development of the BMW Group IT network, especially in the HR environment
Expert knowledge of human behaviour in a business environment
Acting responsibly in challenging decision-making situations
Knowledge and application of behavioural and economic methods to solve conflicts and improve work processes
Theoretical knowledge in exciting lectures of the study programme, such as social psychology, human resource management and research methods
