I am proud to be the Head of Apprenticeships in Leipzig. For me, it is simply something nice to be able to help shape the professional and personal development of young people. That is also the reason why I have always wanted to become a trainer.

For me, an apprenticeship at the BMW Group is characterised by the fact that we can make a contribution to the company's success together with young, motivated and well-trained skilled workers. My workplace, the Leipzig plant, is something very special for me overall. My colleagues alone contribute a great deal to the fact that I enjoy my work so much and I enjoy working with them every day. For young people who are looking for their dream job, I always recommend that they find out what their strengths and talents are. As soon as you are aware of this, you not only appear more self-confident, but you can also be more convincing in a job interview.
