APPLICATION TIPS – ENTRY-LEVEL AND SUPPORTING PROGRAMMES.

You no longer need a cover letter for your application, but show us who you are and what makes you tick. So make sure your CV is complete and feel free to add any unusual hobbies. For example, if you like to take pictures privately or shoot videos and apply for a marketing position, it is worth mentioning this in your application.

Please note that we are currently advertising all vacancies for our entry and support programmes in the Job Finder. Via the links below you can go directly to the respective programmes and all currently advertised positions within these programmes. We will also link you to the candidate profile, which you can then use to apply online.

Selection process.

If you apply for one of our entry-level and supporting programmes, various instruments can await you in the selection process depending on the programme. For example:

  • Telephone interview
  • Job interview
  • Online test
  • Assessment centre

Please note that there are differences in the required application documents for each entry programme (e.g. application form). Simply note the information on the respective programme subpages.

In any case, the following documents are required for your application:

  • Graduation certificate or current transcript of records
  • A valid residence and work permit, if applicable

Get to the individual programme subpages to get an overview of our selection processes and the application documents required:

If you apply for several positions, you can of course expect several selection procedures if you are suitable. However, you only need to create a candidate profile once.

We wish you every success with your application and look forward to you!
